About Our CEO

Chaz Lyons is a licensed CPA with over a decade of experience in accounting and financial services. Before beginning his career in public accounting, Chaz spent two years performing bookkeeping and office management, building a strong foundation in day-to-day financial operations and client service.

He went on to join a middle-market CPA firm, where he spent nine years progressing from staff accountant to audit manager. During that time, he specialized in audit and assurance services for governmental entities, tribal governments, and non-profit organizations, while also supporting small businesses with financial reporting and compliance needs.

Chaz earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2015 and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2018. He is known for his practical approach, strong technical knowledge, and dedication to helping clients maintain financial clarity and compliance.
